His Princess of Beauty

There was a man
of about five feet and eight inches
and every time he saw The Girl
he felt against his heart, the pinches

The man lusted over her hair
her glorified, golden sparkled mane
and everytime she looked him in the eye
he would magnificently swear he went insane

The beauty she held
his falling for her
she was the only woman he saw
he felt the feeling  flutter

years went on..sex, love, pain, love
he now married the princess of beauty
The Girl was now his to hold
in his sweaty palm... his Queen, truly

Years and years approached in silence
they touched and swore
made melting love to one another
like ice and fire in love– but much more!

Sex, cooking, buying, tearing
slowly and slowly their hearts departed
she hurt him, he hurt her
a new wave of madness started

The years went on..
sex declined
she was still beautiful, but a rag doll
raggedy, worn out in his own mind

He needed spontanious adventure
she needed romance and chocolate
were they still in love?
Mr.Frank and Mrs.Charlotte?

But they must be
for she is his butterfly
he is her saviour and he loved her..
why would he lie?

Her tears came like icicles, cold and bitter
his mind lacked affection in his now-isolated world
if all she could do was go back in corrupted time
she would still be his queen..to him, “The Girl”.

The sad side of marriage...
