Shall Over Come
For those of you who don’t know me
I am Liberia
Discovered in 1822
And free in 1847
Some know me as Grain Coast
Some know me as 2-3-1
Some know me by my natural resources
Gold, Diamond, Timbers etc
And have befriended me
I have being robbed
I have being bullied
I have being slaved
After fourteen years
I am still moving strong
I have seen war
I have experienced it
But not EBOLA
This deadly disease
My people are suffering
My people are dying
And desperately needs help
Sitting here sobbing with griefs
As my heart beat with hates
And my eyes bleed with tears
I wonder why?
But I lived in a world where people only know you when they need you
And never in time of circumstances, pains and sorrows
They befriended me with lies and promises
But through God I shall keep my faith
And may he manifest through my my Lord and Saver Jesus Christ.

I love my country (Liberia) and at this point they're going through some difficult time with an outbreak disease Ebola that is killing people. It hurt so bad knowing that everyday that comes I could lose a close friend, or a family member...Please keep them in your prayer.
