Going to have a day at the seaside
We are going to have a day at the seaside we are travelling by train,
We hoping it doesn’t rain.
We are going to have a day at the seaside its going to be lots of fun for everyone,
Scorching hot summers sun.
We are going to have a day at the seaside we brought sandwiches along,
The kids are loudly busting into song.
We are going to have a day at the seaside buckets and spades building castles on the beach,
For a lovely large tasty ice– cream treat.
We are going to have a day at the seaside a run down and splashing around in the sea,
Don’t run to fast or you will forget about me.
We are going to have a day at the seaside playing football on the sand,
Everyone walking all together hand in hand,
We are going to have a day at the seaside amusements and fairground rides so high,
Loved it so much lets give that fairground ride another last try.
We are going to have a day at the seaside and walk along the grassy cliff tops,
then into town and a look around all the colourful seaside shops.
We are going to have a day at the seaside nearly time to go,
We found a lovely fish and chip on the way to the station then its time for home.
