**Protected by the Wings of Angels**
I call upon my angels to descend.
To wrap you in their wings again.
To heal the heart that feels broken,
To hear the prayers that go unspoken.
To shine their light, so others may see
and to allow the constricted soul be free.
I call upon my angels to shed love on your
path of darkness, so that you may know,
that you are never forgotten.
When you close your eyes, if pain is all
that you see, and love seems so far out of
reach, close your eyes again, ask your
angels to ascent and allow the warmth of
their wings to be your defense.
They don’t ask for anything in return, but a
simple “Thank you” will do, and soon, you’ll
feel the love that surrounds you.
