A Flower

She’s a woman, never hit her;
not even with a Flower.
She’s a woman, She’s hurt
but still She smiles every hour.
She’s a woman, She pulls
through every storm like
She’s a tower.
Everynight She kneels down
and asks the lord for power

She’s a woman
No, She’s a Flower

She as a woman rises kids to
think of hate as a disease,
She helps us dream, to believe that
one day we will be.
She has no husband but She’s the
mother of three, She opens wide my spirit as if I were the branches of a
tree.
She sits down and think of her troubles
over a cup of tea, I bid you men, open your eyes so you can see that
She is a woman, no she is a Flower
