An owl hoots
on this cool, crisp
Spring night.
A sound that’s
distant yet echos
through the foggy mist.
The beauty of life
in one hoot,
is heard for those
who comprehend.

We have a huge owl that lives in woods behind our house, he sometimes hoots at night.
