looking for the light switches
to turn it off because it was blinding their eyes.
Talk about her. How she knew how to paralyze your throat
with just the way she was
so that when you went to breath
you terrifyingly found you actually couldn’t
Talk about the fact that even though you couldn’t breath
you were elated that she was here
standing next to you. Standing right there taking your breath away
and giving you a non-sexual orgasm at the very same time
Prove to the masses who cry because she is gone
that in fact they should be elated that she was here!

I was watching the YouTube videos of MeeshaBooh, not knowing that she had passed away. In every video I was admiring her personality and wondered how it came that she had such an amazing personality. This poem is written assuming I had known her in person, which I'm sure would have been an absolute honor. R.I.P Tamisha Evette Ridge
