Shore

D.

With silence he hides it,
But his eyes he can’t disguise it,
I ask myself why he tries to fight it
Finally he speaks,
His voice sounds like music to the deaf,
Words like conversations with the dead,
“But why me... why are you so good to me,?”
Words that bleed,
I saw him bled,
And I understood the wounds as deep as the sea
He’s lived Deep in sea,
Could I be the sight of shore?
That he’s been waiting for.
He loves me.
But he drowns in disbelief.

Love,
Cass

P.S. I want to love you too .
