A Summer Night

A Haiku poem

All the birds in song,
My dear one now is resting,
finally asleep.

Night seems very long,
because I am so restless,
meditation deep.

Some look to the stars,
I cannot do so for there’s,
a higher power.

So I’ll lay and hope,
for goodness and mercy to
rain like a shower.

On this summer night,
In sleeplessness I wrestle,
but I still believe.

Anything’s possible,
so I’ll wait and keep hoping,
that I will receive.

This is reality. This is a season where my husband is going through some serious physical problems.
I’m praying for him, He’s believing for a Miracle so I’ll believe with him no matter what it looks
like in the natural. Amen.
