This book
So I read this book, you might have heard of it, it’s called 'the bible’.
If you haven’t, it’s the one everybody reaches for when they’re dog dies,
Or the only means left is survival.
It is kinda comical, a guy that has the power to part the Red Sea,
You might as well believe in super heroes, Superman, Wolverine,
Heck, why not the Tooth Fairy?
I’m not trying to be mean,
Or ignorant seen,
Just question the reasoning,
Does it really have a meaning?
The book is just a guideline,
To keep you in check when other people think your out of line.
It may sound like blasphemy,
I just wanted to point out the hypocrisy.
I know this subject matter can bring a lot of controversy,
Some people reading this might feel they just gave them self a suppository.
Don’t you worry, I’m gonna do seven Hail Mary’s and feel bad about this and mope,
Then try to make myself feel better jump on a plane to Italy and kiss the ring of the new Pope.
