Why I Write
I write as an escapism from a world filled with black,
Whites, Afro Americans, Muslims, and God fearing Christians.
We all fight, trying to justify it by saying it’s for equality.
Lesbians, gays and transsexuals March with pride, moving forward.
But none of the above have ever looked back to see who they leave behind in poverty.
I used to be blind, then I asked myself, why should this bother me?
And when I found the answer it astonished me.
Changed me.
Help create a better me.
Saved me.
You see the truth is, on this earth we can never live up to the true definitions of diversity and equality.
Somebody has to be on top!
In these times the world needs a leader.
Yet we live in a society of followers.
It’s time we forget race, religion, sexual prefrence, gender, age.
Why should we care what country they’re from or simply the region.
The atheists may just have a point, it’s not a God we need to believe in.
It’s humanity .
So let’s stand together as one to rid the world of this insanity,
Then maybe.
Just maybe.
We can all get along.
