Familiar rivers run so deep
Safety surely as we sleep
The one we trust will surely protect
Guard us from drowning
We’ll never get wet

The serpent you trust loves your neck
Kissing and Singing
Confidently Holding
The world goes black
Danger perceived as a nap

Tear filled eyes that cannot cry
How could the one I love
Pierce my side
