Under barbs of brambled lies,
dirt and dust mask the skies
Where deceit taste of chocolate pie
and hells fury is sure to fry
Oh how I weep, only to think,
for in plain sight I did not see,
the splatter of your ink

But at last now I am free
and you are gone, gone from me

Nice poem, for me it would have been sweeter had the flow continued throughout as it had over the four lines starting the poem.
