Where does the time go
everything's passing me by
these days seem shorter than i remember
is the clock ticking faster or is it my imagination
or is my mind just preoccupied with the immense daily frustrations
Just a second ago today was tomorrow, but now tomorrow is yesterday
All i remember is a blur
years in the pass didn’t come and go this fast
I’d suggest we’re being cheated by time
and some test might suggest I’m losing my mind
it just seems a days end brings a new year
and memories magically appear
I could swear I missed some time somewhere in the past
Time stolen by a faulty hour glass
invisible cracks through which my sand leaks
depriving me of the time that could make a memory.
