I am lifeless
I am lost in my own imperfections, when I know you’re not around my days know no beginning.
Nor do they know of the end

I am vulnerable
I am lost in my own lonely place I’d hope you would never find.  
My dreams take me places that only my heart would ever find
 
I am wishful
I am hopeful
I am lost in my own desire to hug your warm body and feel your heart beat to the same beat as mine.  
My heart holds out hope like a blanket of stars over you.
That soon your mind will change, just to hear you say you surely will always be mine.

I am anticipating
I am lost in a lonely time
My love holds out hope
That you’ll someday find your way back as I hold out my arms to hug you and show you that you were always meant to be mine.
