‘Silence’
If you sped up these constant thoughts fast enough
It turns to silence
That’s how it feels
Inside
My
Head
Silent
Yet screaming,
Screaming more than one could attempt to explain,
All at once
These endless thoughts, coming & going & coming & going
Too fast to even possibly
Catch one single thought
To actually focus
One one problem
One single issue
If only it came with that peace, the peace that only comes
With silence
In all seriousness
The ‘silence’
Is a bluff
A simple cover,
To the madness
From that chaotic flight of thoughts
It’s really
Anything but
Silent
Here
Inside
My
Head.
