Paint Me An Angy Sea

Paint me the sea, the undertow a melody, angry still blue all around.
Storms break hulls, the pain never dulls, so paint me what could forever never be.
Voice your decree, my own hued marquis, the pummeling is a welcomed beat.
So darling, paint me the sea.

Paint me the sea, an uncadenced melody, never let the tide go in.
Fall into dark, the calming comes arched riding the wave heads above.
The sky is your canvas, don’t let it ruin, paint me in an angry sea.

Water reclaims, takes away names, all rolling and churning beneath.
The black depths are mourned, thoroughly unexplored, and they’re our final stop, frigid and frore. The glints and the baubles of life’s past grovels flow out and down with the sea.

So paint me the sea, the undertow the melody, angry still blue all around.
Storms break hulls, the pain never dulls, so paint me what could forever never be.
Voice your decree, my own hued marquis, the pummeling is a welcomed beat.
So darling, paint me the sea. Paint me an angry sea.
