Been hurt but not bruised
Been broken but not shattered
Been misunderstood but not changed
I have been these things but then life comes along and it bruised me, shattered me, and changed me but not my spirit, not my soul for that is still the same. Although my feelings have been manipulated my morals are still the same.
Love is still above all and the world is still deranged, society is still polluted while my morals have never changed. Man can be wise but still ignorant fools, knowledge is just made you forced teaching inside of school. Being smart is just a phrase just like being dumb is too.
My morals never changed but life changed you; your morals have been washed clean and filled a new your morals have changed while life, society, and the world changed you.
