In the darkness
December months bring rains and st
They are called monsoons.
A child trotted along behind her
They trudged muddy thoroughfare,
Searching a place of communication
Carousel I see,
parading in front of me.
Elephant, giraffe, chimpanzee
and I think... a giant bumble bee!
Yonder, I see
In the hallway, she sat in her cha
as if waiting for someone to ackno
The blank stare and weary look in
manifested long lived years.
Her thin lips almost drawn to a sl
With your mystical gaze
Love hovered so divine.
In your amber-brown eyes,
The warmth... I felt
as you gazed upon mine.
Saturday visit to the marina
was a lovely reminder of yesterday
We were greeted with handsome craf
Each tide’s rise and fall lulled t
crafts like little babes in cradle
Up amidst the blackened sky...
glowing with spectacular sight–

red, white, green, yellow, blue,
