Lost

By J Ann Crowder

Lost in this ocean, where all my dreary doubt thus commences. Lost in this sea, waiting for Lily’s tide. To enchanting bays I follow.  Lost in this bay. I plead upon bruised knees for a grappling of this lost mind. Take it away, into dreamy realms where pixies are real and happy thoughts dwell; where my dalliances rescue me. Can’t I dream a little more? Let me be lost on Lily’s tide. Let me become a magic star. Let me become whimsies within stirrings of ocean dust upon dancing sea horses riding chariots of blue thunder. Away from seas of doubt. Far, far away, into dreamlands and wonderlands, true.

Another whimsical poem. Written May 18th, 2016.
