By J Ann Crowder

Your beautiful lived within the kindness you flung on my heart

He lay there for eternities—he never left!

You see? My core became his prism; my flesh the soil he sunk his tender roots into

As such, I found your kindness a living thing

A breathable entity attached to each memory with which you molded him

With him, he took a piece of you

Hence, long after you return to earth’s yearning pastures, a piece of you will live and breath inside me—roots ever sprouting withal my inner most depths

A living embodiment you are of him Jenifer, a spectrum of radiant colors your core had filtered from him the white light of beautiful and kindness. I can see him “sprouting” into visible spectrum from your inner depths to share with the ones you love and care for.
Fave and love this one as well. Thank you Jenifer.

Btw, your picture cover is perfect. “...my flesh the soil...sunk his tender roots...ever sprouting from my innermost depths”. As always another great line!
