She was falling ill to her own mind as it kept overthinking how each day would go. There was no one to stop her mind from wondering so far from reality. At some point there was this realization that all the thoughts that she had daily were just over exaggerations of what would really happen. Sometimes if she does something wrong, it feels like the end of the world. And if something goes right, then it feels like the beginning of happiness. She was trapped in her mind with what seemed like no escape. If only there was a way to ease the trouble she gave herself.
