BY THE STREAM

To my father

By the stream I stood looking at my shadow in the beautiful milk river, my mind began to stray as I looked at the tree leaves blow's in the warm summer breeze, in the distance you can here the birds singing and the rushes of water in the beautiful milk river. Suddenly I looked around wondering, but I stood in silence still listening to the sweet song’s of the birds singing wonderful melodies in my ears, I then started to remember our family time's together in warm December.I heard a fade voice in the distance calling “ Rosy” I turned around but there’s no one, I suddenly think my ears are playing tricks because the wind was blowing in my ears,as if someone was singing aloud. There goes the calling again “Rosy” I turned around slowly there stood my father that I thought has forgotten me, he then look at me with a bright laughter on his face then said to me I come home to you my long last daughter.

This poem is also base on the fact with prayers that all the dad who's fighting for peace for their country will return safe to their families.
