Alone With God
Alone with God in my soul, this is where the sun ne’er cease to shine
These precious moments with God is really wonderful, it’s just so fine
I like it when I am there, it is a quiet place and everything is right on time
His voice so gentle and caring, especially when He tells me He loves me so,
His gentle touch of healing upon my soul is superb and definitely divine
Alone with God, moment by moment each and every passing day, this is
where my soul finds sweet peace and comfort, especially when I down on
my knees, my soul rejoices, my soul sings, my soul cries out glory, my mind
is awaken to God’s powerful energy within, then I shout for joy, My soul
sings, and I know there is a new song within me because I feel refreshed.
Alone with God my soul rings a melody, it’s a melody of God’s love for me
He has forgiven me, given a new charge and a new song and my soul is free
Alone with God, this is where I like to relax, meditate, knowing this is
where one can escape this cruel world and have peace and comfort with
the One that grants us real miracles, the miracle you seek, this is the place
I always want to be, especially when I give Him thanks. Alone With God.
