The world is a duller place without you!
I wanted to say that my friend died today.
She’s gone from this world for good.
We’ll never meet up, eat some lunch, have a sup
And I’m sad about that for good.
She was adversity’s friend but was brave to the end.
Smiled through pain like none of us would.
She was bright, she was cheer and she rarely showed fear,
And she had an effect for good!
I’m proud she loved me so, didn’t want her to go,
And I’m going to miss her for good.
Cold, colder, coldest.
Old, older, oldest.
She will never fade in my memory.
For good.
