What I Love About You
I love the way you look at me
With your amazing deep brown eyes.
I love the way you open your arms out
So big and wide, to feel the warmth of mine.
I love the way your hands slide against mine.
The way your voice sounds when you talk to me…
When you tell me I’m beautiful.
The way you smile makes me want to stay with you for a while.
I think of us being together it may not be forever,
But we still have one another.
I love when we get the chance to talk, even if it’s for a minute.
I hate saying bye when it’s not the right time.
If I had a dime for every time you were on my mind,
Oh how I wish you were mine.
I have a lot more to say but for now I hate to say, I think I need more time,
To really tell you what’s on my mind.
