There’s a storm inside you that even I can feel without touching your hands to mine. There’s a cold front in your veins that make my bones shiver, whenever I am next to you. But darling there are flowers around your neck and sunlight in your eyes, I can feel it whenever you walk passed in my dreams. There is an ocean beneath your feet, my love you must stop running, to feel its heartbeat. There are birds inside your chest, when I sleep I hear them sing. You must be still, for their songs won’t last forever. You are drenched in the moon and caressed by stars, quiet your bones and keep them from running away, so long as the stars stay by your side, you deserve to see them.
