Kay

Kay

She’s at it again
Letting the monster in
Darkening her mind
Happiness is forbidden
living in the past
Letting her thoughts become a blacken cloud
Filling her up with negative thoughts
Making her feel empty
The monster vacuums out all of the light from her
The artificial grin mask sinks into her skin
It Follows her
Doubts her
Hates her
Light is so very small
Far in the distance
But hope still stands with open arms

There actually is a light at the end of the tunnel. Hallelujah.
