How I Wonder

How I Wonder

HOW  I  WONDER
I  really wonder
How you emerge
From long forgotten
Remote past
Which I had
Thrown off
Like a fly
From  the milk bowl

It’s intriguing indeed
You evolve from
Vales, forests, mountains
Springs of uncertainty
Hazy  horizons
Of unrelenting memory
Mixing it with desire
Stirring dull veins
With spring rains of romance

Corpses of memory were

Laid in to coffin
Buried in debris
Of crematorium
To avoid its
Phoenix like appearance
Fate of such happenings
Is like the morning dews
Hanging on the
Edge of soft grass
Or the fledgling baby bird
Acquiring flying skill
With curiosity
To chart its aerial course
In sky line
