It’s finally here
That time of year
Where lights are scattered around
They are so bright
Shooing all fright
That hides underneath the towns
 
People are happy
Overly sappy
Together here and there
Laughing through the land
Everything is so grand
Yet I feel nothing at all
 
Instead of smiling
I want to cry
Crawl into a ball
And just die
No one notices
So they don’t care
Especially since life fills air
 
I shall just sit here
Take it all in
Wishing to feel something again
And while everyone is happy
I’ll just be here
 
With my best blade in my hand
