Started off just as Clients
You think that you are able to put on a front and separate yourself from the destruction in Fort Mac but sit and listen to someones story and they will become a memory and family
We arrived at a clients home, the place of residence that was our first job site.
Walk in knowing that we are there to clean smoke damage and then leave to another part of the city
I did not think we would end up there for so long sharing with one another
Realizing that some of these families still do not have there loved ones home
After all of this they are still not together, due to having young children that cant be in that zone
Made my heart to feel the pain of the families that we were there to show we do care
I walked out of that house knowing that we all needed to do the best that we can for all of the families
After that it was not just another job, it was more than that to me
It was us being a ray of hope and faith
To restore the idea of security and stability
