Burning
my chest is burning
yearning
for something I can not find
it’s hiding deep inside
burning a fire I cannot describe
it’s hurting me
beyond belief
I look for relief
my soul once flourished with love
it’s been covered in pain
I burry my head
it’s too hard for me to take in
it’s gone
the momentum
the pendulum
back and forth
the consistency
