The story of my life

The story of my life goes something like this...

Born in a place of happiness and bliss.

October was the month when they became parents

Gleaming with joy were my already-grandparents.

4 years later came a boy in my life

Now I run after him with a blunt little knife.

This brother of mine, oh, so little

He definitely belongs in a mental hospital.

Singing and dancing, my purest forms of joy

Friends at school used to call me a tomboy.

Then one day, I decided to go

to a place far away, a place I didn’t know.

My new school was a hundred years old

It made me stronger, it made me bold.

Fascinated by the language of French

I had to take care of this quench

So one day, I decided to go

to a place far away, a place I didn’t know.

Croissants, macaroons, and baguettes,

All of them, obesity threats.

This new place taught me a lot

That ‘right’ in French translates to ‘a droit’

When I was back, the IB killed me

punched me in the guts and kicked me in the knee.

After graduation, I decided to go

to a place far away, a place I didn’t know.

Hockey here is a way of life

One could find a Canadian wife.

The snow here could kill your toes

‘The Great Canadian Winter’, everybody knows.

So I sit at my table and try to rhyme

When I should be out in my years of prime.
Piaciuto o affrontato da...
Altre opere di Kuhu Kalode...
