Broken heart

I remember the day we first met, u know what I mean, the day our hearts realized

the chemistry between us.

Our relationship started so childishly with our hearts in the air attempting to find

each other.

The day u said u love me, u made my day, although I wasn’t surprised because I just

knew u were the one for me and I was also the one for you.The time we spent together

was a smooth walk in the park, a lovely rest on a bench and a melting vanilla ice– cream

topped with a loving heart that quenched the thirst I felt on that hot

afternoon. I cherished every moment as we watched the midday sun, and as sunset

approaches, I wonder if our lips will ever meet... then slowly and romantically you

hold my hips tight, not wanting to lose me, and that’s when our lips started to

recognize each other. Then BOOM!!!...the unforgettable kiss we made created a

scintillation that u and I have the key for in our hearts......sooooo long and

Time went by and all those good memories faded leaving our hearts excruciating, separated

in pain, sadness and an ocean of tears.

Forgetting u was one thing my heart feared that even today I still wonder if we’ll

ever get back together, but that’s a story for another day because I just taught my

heart how to move on without u.
