Take me away.
My lips are red as blood,
And eyes are sore and wide,
Your hands blue with cold,
Hair curling with the wind,
And take us away.
One day
exultation overload.
My lips are red as a rose,
Eyes meek but steady,
Your hands are warm,
And hair sleeked back
And take us away.
One day
for gratitude.
My lips are red like bricks,
Eyes overt and heavy,
Your hands are leather
And hair unruled.
And give us away.
One day
be damned.
With beautiful souls
And hearts of gold,
beyond warmth and cold,
A distance too known
and too close to hold.
