the warmth
I beg for it
to have the light blinding my view of what is ahead of me
it forever pours
misery forever lasting
there you were
faults and flaws
common in my dreams
I had lost myself
inhaling toxins
addicted to drowning
there you were
careless and crumbling
potential madness
if I let myself fall far
over the edge
concentration inadequate
there you were
gothic and good
raising questions
interested in your felons
curious as to why
you were ugly like me.
