It’s spring time a wonderful time,
where sailors are out and the children are about.
It’s spring time a challenging time,
where hunters are out and the fairs are about.
The girls all dressed,
the robins in their nest,
the boys try to be at their very best.
The Mothers will cook while their daughters read books,
to the children who played constantly all day.
Father will return for a well earned meal,
kicking his shoes off from the heel.
The table is set and the meal is made,
in any moment will be a rampage.
We’ll wake up in the morning,
and get ready for the day.
To start school and work,
later on,
We’ll play.
My mother and Father will drink hot coffee.
While I and my sister will get a piece of salt water taffy.
Finally we’ll leave with smiles on our faces,
and Mother reminding us,"Please, don’t forget to tie your shoe laces!
