I sent you a form,
you sent it back,
not enough paperwork,
the wrong kind of tax.
 
I send you a message,
you play hard to get,
my deadline approaching,
I’m starting to sweat.
 
I try and break the rules,
I try and make the rules,
I try and play by the rules,
I don’t know the rules.
 
I give up,
and SHOUT,
and rant, rage, pace, BLAZE!!!!!
I e-mail every one I’ve ever known,
whose ever done anything like this,
I
SEND
SEND
CALL
SEND
CALL
SEND
SEND
ad infinitum...
 
Until somewhere,
in this Kafka castle,
someone picks up the phone,
and makes what I consider to be:
“the bleedin’ obvious”,
happen.
 
Just like that.
But just once.
And never the same way twice
 
Repeat from the beginning,
to insanity,
this is how it feels to work
for a [INSERT YOUR PLACE OF WORK HERE!].

Funny and so so true! Bureaucracy indeed gets everyone's goat... Everything's so slow and repetitive! Love this! :)
