Wait, Home, Hope

...pre-derailed; pointless nails.

His wait
at a station,
as its only patron;
lacking a track, it asks, “are you
patient?”

His home
love in distance;
must act with persistence:
lay down your own, begin now, this
instant.

His hope,
without knowing,
his home will get going,
laying her own, to keep hope’s float...
...flowing.
