When all is said and done.

Gratuitous in it’s nature,
Sarcastic in it’s tone.
This perceptive congregation,
Couldn’t write a million tomes,
To explain the way it happened,
Like the secrets were all known.
So I’ll paint myself a picture,
Right before my “cover”'s blown.

I am not a freak of nature,
I’m aspiring to be to me.
To feel something in myself,
You can’t use your eyes to see.
And I don’t need your approval,
I don’t need your sympathy.
Saint and sinner, top to bottom
In chaotic harmony.
