They tell me whats wrong but does any one care?

I hate when this happens, i feel so ashamed.
I can’t help feeling miserable,
I can’t help how i think,
I wish that all i think about could be washed down the drain.
Yes i know people love me,
Yes i know some care,
But the ones i really need right then never seem to be there.
