When I see you I know life is about sharing

When I see you I know why caged bird sings

When I see you I know why it is I am caring

About love and life and every living thing

And now that we are in this space together

And the party people have all come and gone

I really want this time to last forever

So I am asking you to keep your clothing on

When I look up your face I feel inspired

I feel a loving surge when I get close to you

It’s intelligence that I really admire

That is why i like to think things through

You light me when darkness fails upon me

You cool me when i cannot take the heat

I feel so wanted anytime you call me

Even though you kinda knock me off my feet

And when you smile it is like the sun is shining

And all the good around me seems to grow

Yea girl, you got the rhythm and the timing

So let’s take things nice and slow

Check out that we’re dancing to the same tune

Check where we’re going to and coming from

The seeds that we have planted, will blossom soon
