If you knew the truth would you act the way that you do?
If you heard the lies would you want to tell the truth too?

If I spoke louder, with more assertiveness....
would you respect me with peaceful bliss?

Are you here for the orders,
or here for my disorders.

Would you run a circle track,
to never get on track?
Never find the beginning,
because there is no end to sinning.

Your words become careless,
and so do mine.

An endless cycle of half assed apologies,
pale skin, and bruised knees....
Because you pray to the heavens “oh pretty please”

Shine a light on the sorrow,
and come into an empty tomorrow.
For I am not something you borrow.
