Equinox on Demand

Behold the equinox as the sun returns
To ease the anxiety and prevailing concerns,
Dressed up in its finest vernal attire,
Moving with the speed of a skyward flier,
Looking down at the cold earth below
And seeing old man winter getting old.

‘Tis the time for a freshening of the barren hills,
A renaissance, a sight for the pastoral stills,
A greening of the grayness that set in place
At the moment the sun and earth embrace,
As the warmth returns back home in full glory
And the loving sun kisses the earth con amore.
