The Humble King

Soon, a man called Jesus will be born in a stable in Bethlehem, a king among his followers and a rebel against all tyrants who build empires from the backs of slaves. This humble king will forsake the luxury of power and opt to live among the poor.
Humility is a silent pride that dignity emerges from.  It pulls one toward his potential without the desire to fulfill that pride, but live up to what the Holy Spirit sees in him. The afflicted can lift their heads high and see how worthy they truly are, and that there is a freedom that every one can inherit.
