Twisted Beauty

Woman of the flaming darkness
With torches on the door
Of her gilded cave
With roses sweetening the air,
She of mesmerizing eyes, glossy thighs,
Walking without touching the floor,
Whispering music through her lips
Dipped in honey and red wine,
Reciting prose of the ancient spirits
As the world runs toward her
And lays down at her feet.

Her mind of virtue and iniquity
With venom and panacea
Spiraling up the fragile brainstem,
Twisting its way up to the frontal lobe,
Her domain of deceit and honesty
In obedience to the devil and the God,
Keeps pace with the drama of life,
Moving her mind and body
To the compliance of the
Dominating authority.

Beautiful twisted beauty such as she,
Wrapping the world around her finger.
