I Shall Meet You

I shall meet you at the Gates of Hell,
And leave through the Gates of Heaven,
When the sun climbs to strike the noon,
When the moon sits, to be forgiven,
When the icy world melts,
And the fire below stands forgotten,
When the mist is lifted,
And all is free from the shadows begotten,

I shall meet you when the World is ending,
And leave with Existence fleeting,
From the skirts of reality torn asunder,
I shall leave with the Storm,
And be born into Thunder,

I shall meet you when Hyperion is calling,
And Hypnos himself is dancing,
Upon Crystal streets of Foreign lands,
I shall meet you in the middle,
Where time will wait for no man,

I shall meet you in the Beginning,
I shall meet you at the End,
Whereupon the white doves sail,
And whereupon they sleep,
In Silver sand,

I shall meet you when I’m Dying,
I shall meet you when I’m being Born,
I shall hold the blazing fire,
Of the Eternal Forest’s flames,
That engulf dreams and rip the Seams,
Of all that is Wholly Wonder,

I shall meet you,
And I shall leave you,
For that is what All must do,
And with the Striking Lightening,
That is Passions Blazing,
I shall have wrote this all,
For You...
