Sometimes I Think I've Lost It (Thoughts On Poetry)

Sometimes I think I lost it,
That my writing’s ain’t no good,
Sometimes I think I’ve lost what I have,
That like Olympian runners I blow out my calve,
But oh well, it cannot be helped,
Whether I lost it or have complete control,
I’ll write 'till I’m dead,
Until the police mind men stop their ever watching patrol...
