ANGRY INTENSE EMOTION
This poem speaks of one's deep dark emotions and the fear of what you may become if you ever allow these emotions to gain control.
Emotions are what fully completes our daily life
If we’er not careful, they can cause much strife
We each must choose the path feelings will take
Some we embrace, others we treat as tho a mistake
We go thru our day as if these feelings dont exist
Buried safely deep inside they rumble and insist
Uncontrolled they creep to tbe top causing fear
They must stay quite, must not try to reappear
I felt these feelings long ago, so dark and intense
So strong that they often blocked commen sense
scared of who i would become in there control
I must stuff them down before they take my soul
I pray that deep dark emotions stay quietly a sleep
If i choose to fight my fragile dignity i may keep
I fear tbe day tbese feelings find away to break loose
No worth or selfesteem left little ability to choose
Anger, fear, resentment and hate all raise an evil head
I must find away to stand strong before i end up dead
Please deal with all you feel, simple learn to cope
With emotions under control, days can be filled with hope

I have been dealing with the fact that no matter how hard I try there will always be some sense of uncertainty when dealing with the darker side of who I am. I have learned to fear my own anger and I must teach myself how to use this energy in a positive way for the powerr of good. It wont be easy
