I was broken down and bleeding,
with my heart shattered into a million pieces laying scattered on the floor in a pool of blood made up of lies and broken promises.
When I thought I was going to lose the war and had given up all hope in love is when you came along.
You picked me up and stopped the bleeding. You repaired my shattered heart piece by piece and cleared the pool of blood.
You repaired the hurt from all the lies you fulfilled the broken promises that he so often said. Without you baby I don’t know what I would do.
